1. Consent-oriented sourcing
We design campaigns to capture and verify consumer consent consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations before live transfer or data delivery. Consent documentation (including Jornaya / TrustedForm certificates where applicable) may be available per campaign terms.
2. Your responsibilities as the calling party
